DURATION

Without prejudice, and taking into account all other provisions of this policy, refunds will only be considered (if applicable) within 30 days of the date of purchase.

CONDITION


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom products, products that were on sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund.

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

Under certain circumstances, we may consider partial refunds in spite of the aforementioned conditions, these include:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

These types of refund are always at the sole discretion of the branch from which you collected your products.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

All items to be refunded are to be returned to the store from which it was purchased within thirty days of purchase, and in the condition mentioned above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed by the same payment method in which it was originally made.

We regret that we cannot offer on the spot refunds.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Also note that refunds processed via the PayPal platform can take some time to appear in your account. While we are happy to provide the details of the transaction for your to pursue this with that company, we do not have any control over their policies or processes.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance purchases are final.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and send your item to the branch that you collected it from.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should return the product to the store it was purchased from.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and it has not been otherwise paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any correctly supplied fence materials that are accepted for return or exchange. Customers are encouraged to ensure that they order the correct products and quantities. Note that even if you make use of a calculator or tool on this site, without visiting the site, these tools are based only on the lengths, quantities and information provided, and may not take into account specifics related to your site.
